No. The recording is kept in your browser's memory until you download it, so a very long recording needs enough free memory.
Why can't I record my screen on a phone?
Phone browsers can't capture the screen. Use the screen recorder in your phone's quick settings or control center instead.
How do I record the sound from my computer?
Share a browser tab and tick the option to share its audio, or on Windows share the entire screen with system audio. Sharing a single window records no sound.
Which video format do I get?
MP4 in browsers that can record it, such as recent Chrome, Edge and Safari, otherwise WebM. VLC and most video editors open both.
