When does the word change?
A new word appears every day at midnight in your local time. Everyone who plays on the same date gets the same word.
What do the colors mean?
Orange means the letter is in the right spot. Black means the word has that letter in another spot, and gray means the letter is not in the word.
Does a guess have to be a real word?
No. Any five letters count as a guess, so you can spend a try on testing letters.
How are repeated letters colored?
A letter is colored only as many times as it appears in the answer. If you guess two Es and the word has only one, one E is colored and the other stays gray.
