Questions
Part of my screen doesn't respond to touch. What can I do?
Restart the device and run the test again in full screen. If the same area stays empty, remove the screen protector and test once more. If it still fails, the touch panel may need repair.
What is ghost touch?
Ghost touches are taps the screen registers without you touching it. In multi-touch mode they show up as circles that appear on their own.
Does a screen protector affect touch?
A thick, cracked or lifted protector can weaken touch response in some areas. Test with and without it to compare.
How many touches can a screen detect at once?
Most phones and tablets detect 5 to 10 touches at once. Place your fingers one by one in multi-touch mode to see your screen's limit.
