Why isn't my webcam working?
Close apps that may be using the camera, such as Zoom or Teams, and reload the page. Also allow your browser under Settings, Privacy and security, Camera on Windows, or System Settings, Privacy and Security, Camera on a Mac.
How do I allow camera access again?
Click the site settings icon at the left of the address bar, set Camera to Allow and reload the page.
Why is my webcam image mirrored?
Many apps mirror the preview so it feels like looking in a mirror. Turn off the Mirror switch to see the image the way others see it.
Why is my webcam frame rate low?
Most webcams lower the frame rate in dim light to get a brighter picture. Add light in front of you or turn off low light compensation in the camera software.
